FIRST VISIT WITH US

At your first visit, we will create your medical record and, if applicable, check your insurance coverage and benefits. We therefore recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

Please bring a valid form of identification, such as an ID card, passport, driving licence or student ID.

If you have international private health insurance, please also bring your insurance card or certificate of insurance.

To help us provide the best possible care, it is also helpful to bring any relevant medical reports, information about your regular medication, and documents relating to your current health condition, including previous tests or treatments.
